About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group - Area Office, Northern Europe. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement operations in Northern Europe, with a primary focus on Sweden.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for various goods and services across multiple properties in Northern Europe, with a focus on Sweden.
  • Manage supplier performance, ensuring continuous total cost control and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and local business leaders to drive down costs while enhancing customer experience, product quality, and productivity.
  • Contribute to the strategic transformation of the procurement function within RHG, focusing on costs, innovation, and effectiveness.
  • Support the Operations team in the area, increasing compliance.
  • Establish a comprehensive strategy to source different product families, ensuring cost savings while maintaining and improving quality.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to solve problems and ensure high-quality, reliable sources of supply and information.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers to ensure optimum costs and reliable supply, aligning with Corporate Procurement Policies and Procedures.
