Our client is a fast-growing, solutions-oriented company with cutting-edge technology, committed to reducing CO2 emissions to zero. They are looking for a skilled procurement professional to enhance their project procurement capabilities and contribute to their ambitious goal of producing 5 million tonnes of green steel.
As Interim Project Procurement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, plans, and performance metrics that align with project objectives and timelines. You will also oversee the procurement services provided by EPCM partners or general contractors, ensuring compliance with our client's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies, plans, and performance metrics that align with project objectives and timelines.

- Collaborate closely with engineering and construction colleagues to establish strong relationships with partners and suppliers.
- Contribute to the procurement governance of large-scale projects, ensuring efficient, equitable, and sustainable supply chains.
- Relevant project procurement experience, preferably in industrial equipment or construction project procurement.
- Experience working with third-party contractors, EPCM organizations, or as a project owner.
- Professional proficiency in English as this will be your workplace language.
