The Opportunity

Air traffic is growing at a rate of 4.4% annually, with a 50% capacity shortage expected by 2035 in half of the world's airports. We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team in Malmö, responsible for driving product development and managing the entire lifecycle from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Provide updates on product progress and performance while supporting market research and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee projects and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and on budget.
  • Focus on data-driven decisions and product optimization to enhance our innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in embedded software development.
  • Strong understanding of embedded systems, including hardware-software integration.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about product development.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
