The Position

The Customer Growth Strategist will focus on driving business growth and profitability by building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers. This individual will work closely with the customer to understand their strategy, shoppers, and category growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to deliver net sales/margin targets and market share growth.
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS THROUGH COLLABORATIVE PLANNING AND STRATEGIC THINKING.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to understand category growth opportunities and optimize business performance for both parties.
  • Owning the input and delivery of accurate Customer forecasts and business plans.
  • Identify and develop business solutions that drive the customer's business forward through collaboration with marketing and the field team.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external networks to support key business objectives.
