Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
  • Work with clients to develop and implement strategic plans, leveraging technology to drive innovation and competitive advantage
  • Manage and deliver complex consulting projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, sharing insights and best practices with colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in strategy, strategy consulting, or a related area
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of successfully designing and leading delivery of transformation projects
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing teams and fostering collaboration
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
