Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development of audience management tools and technologies that will empower our game teams to grow and engage player audiences more effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clear product vision and roadmap for audience management tools and technologies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and strategic alignment, leveraging expertise from engineering, UX, and stakeholders.

About Your Background:

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within MarTech, AdTech, or a data-driven environment.

  • Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong knowledge of marketing technologies, audience segmentation, and data platforms, with experience with tools like Braze, mParticle, and Appsflyer being a plus.

  • The ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, with excellent verbal and written skills.

  • A proven track record of driving alignment and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions.
