
Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Services Consultant at Magnit, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of our MSP services to our clients and suppliers. This will involve working closely with hiring managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to:
- Facilitate staff augmentation needs and transactions;
- Own operational meetings with dedicated hiring managers and stakeholders;
- Prepare job descriptions and requisitions;
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and submit candidates for review;
- Coordinate interviews with candidates, suppliers, and hiring managers;
- Negotiate billing rates and evaluate candidates;
- Manage administration tasks related to projects and project extensions;
- Develop supplier relations, set up new suppliers, and inform them about standards and processes;
- Maintain daily contact with strategic suppliers to ensure a steady flow and pipeline;
- Provide clients with strategic market insights based on their specific needs.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also participate in continuous improvement work strategy with clients and relevant teams to meet customer plans.
