**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Configuration Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for implementing and leading the configuration and change management process.
About the Role
As a Configuration Manager, you will work closely with project teams to ensure the integrity of project structures through effective change and configuration management. Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
- Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes.
- Issuing the configuration and change management plan.
- Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP).
- Managing documentation requirements from the Customer.
- Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities.
About You

- A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices.
- Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment.
- Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings.
- Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English & Swedish (high level of proficiency).
