About the Role
Orange Cyberdefense is a leading cybersecurity company that provides multi-domain expertise and managed security services to meet the needs of its demanding customers. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the Portals and Service Management Team, designing, configuring, developing, troubleshooting, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance our central ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements across all geographies and activities to design services.
- Develop new features or enhance existing ones, such as inbound actions and bonding with other ITSM tools.
- Support and manage daily incidents opened by operational teams, including debugging incidents related to business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
- Implement change requests and operate maintenance.
- Operate and maintain the on-premise installation of ServiceNow that we run in parallel to our cloud instance.
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual with a genuine interest in cybersecurity and technology. You should have strong experience in ServiceNow development, including client scripts and business rules. Additionally, you should have experience in incident troubleshooting within a ServiceNow environment and be able to participate in meetings with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Administrator certified is a must.
- ServiceNow OnPrem experience is required, specifically database SQL/MariaDB administration and troubleshooting, experience with ServiceNow OnPrem upgrades and patching, and experience in importing manually update sets from XML.
