Role Locations: This vacancy is open in 3 different locations: Finland (Espoo), Sweden (Stockholm)
Responsibilities:
- Participate in real estate lease negotiations with local leadership and SAP real estate negotiation partners.
- Collect required data and participate in business case creation and approval process.
- Ensure correct data in the lease contract database.
- Represent facility operations at management level in the Nordics and Baltics.
- Lead local facilities teams in countries and oversee outsourced building service contracts.
- Support facilities fit out projects in regions.
- Manage all building service contracts effectively.
- Maintain local facilities service levels.
- Collaborate with diverse global and local teams to implement sustainable practices.
- Negotiate facility service contracts with Global Purchasing colleagues.
- Work with Global Physical Security colleagues to maintain security standards.
- Develop capital and operating budgets and report on these budgets.
