Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of technical, electrical, and mechanical equipment
  • Coordinate construction and repairs of the building
  • Manage a team to oversee various systems
  • Participate in planning and setting up our new facility
  • Develop and implement a maintenance plan
  • Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations
Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in facility management, electrics, engineering, or other relevant fields
  • Technical education in electrical engineering
  • Solid experience in property management and technical operations
  • Experience working with electrical safety, risk assessment, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of ESA, SS-EN 50110-1, and electrical safety regulations
  • Ability to run maintenance and safety projects
  • Merits: Certification as an electrical installer, experience in Self-inspection Program (EKP)
  • Previous experience managing a team and delegating tasks
  • Experience using Maintenance Planning Systems
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Slack
  • Hold a driver's license (Class B)
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
