Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Sales Executive with a focus on account management and lead generation. You will be a part of Devoteam's journey of establishing and growing business in Gothenburg for the first time. The workplace for this role is Gothenburg's surrounding areas, and we expect you to be present at the Devoteam Halmstad office around 1-2 times weekly.

Drive Digital Transformation: Become a Creative Tech Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive for Creative Tech at Devoteam, you will play a crucial role in expanding our footprint across the Swedish region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

1. Be a trendsetter: Stay ahead of the curve in the IT landscape and translate market trends into innovative solutions for our clients.
2. Forge strong connections: Master the art of building and nurturing long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
3. New opportunities: Be a natural networker, comfortable with identifying and connecting with potential clients through LinkedIn and other channels.
4. Collaborate to win: Work closely with our talented developers to craft tailored solutions that exceed client expectations.
5. Drive for results: Embrace a competitive spirit and be motivated by achieving ambitious goals and contributing to Devoteam's continued success.

Qualifications

1. 10-15 years of experience in sales (Experience in sales in the consultancy business is meritorious).
2. Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business, with a focus on software and team-delivery.
3. Solution-Oriented Mindset: Ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
4. Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Devoteam Creative Tech.
5. Relationship Builder: A natural networker who can build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Results-Driven: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
7. Fluent in Swedish and English: Excellent written and spoken Swedish and English skills are essential. Fluency in a Nordic language is a plus.
