Are you ready to embark on an exciting career where you get the chance to work together with brilliant minds and shape best practices in an international arena?

Your mission

Collaborating with our divisions, you set the direction of SMR in the journey towards an even more employee centric organization. You continue to drive improvements to take us to the next level, constantly responding to changing business needs – working together with your own team as well as other HR professionals across our business.

You oversee strategic planning and design of our employer branding and onboarding programs, as well as talent pooling, common leadership programs and trainings – ensuring that everything we do supports the company strategy. You and your team ensure smooth collaborations and take part in expertise forums, both on business area and group level. You’re also the manager of our SMR Executive Leadership program. Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience of working as an HR leader and with in-depth knowledge of talent acquisition, learning or another relevant field. You’ve been working both strategically and operationally in a global environment and you’re thrilled by leading a global team of professionals from different cultures and across multiple time-zones. You’re used to navigating in a decentralized organization with cross-functional collaborations and in close contact with managers and HR. You’re also comfortable in presenting to stakeholders at all levels, including Executive Management. With a strategic and holistic view, you respond timely to business requirements and act on both urgent, short-term and long-term objectives. In all your work, you rely on strong stakeholder management and great collaborations, and you empower people to find efficient solutions, look at new perspectives and share best practices.
