Exempel på arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:
• Tillsammans med operativt team skapa en plan för att bidra till nya kunder/marknader.
• Etablera affärsmöjligheter av tjänster inom Facility Management för nya potentiella företagskunder.
• Identifiera och proaktivt skapa nya affärsmöjligheter i linje med Four FM´s strategi.
• Aktivt skapa nya leads och bygga en kortsiktig och långsiktig pipeline.
• Skapa och utveckla nya affärer med nya och potentiella kunder.
• Koordinering och styrning av försäljningsaktiviteter under hela försäljningsprocessen inklusive kvalificering affärsmöjligheter, affärsförslag, prissättning och förhandlingar.
• Ansvara för att ta fram och utveckla försäljnings- och anbudsdokument och presentationer
• Resor inom Norden ingår i tjänsten.

Personprofil
Vi söker en Team-player som brinner för att arbeta nära kundaffären. Du har ett genuint inre driv som får dig att jobba i ett högt tempo även i motvind. Vi ser även att du har en naturlig nyfikenhet. Utmaningar motiverar dig och du har en stor portion tålamod samt pannben för att hantera långa säljprocesser. Du har tidigare erfarenhet från B2B-försäljning och affärsutveckling. Om du har arbetat med tjänsteförsäljning är det ett plus.

Körkort är ett krav för tjänsten och du behöver även ha en god kommunikativ förmåga på engelska, då både kundmöten och intern kommunikation sker på engelska.

Övrigt
Start: Enligt överenskommelse
Omfattning: Heltid
Resor: några resor i månaden med övernattning
Arbetstid: Kontorstider
Plats: Utgår från kontoret i Stockholm
Villkor: Fast lön + resultatbaserad bonus
Förmåner: Stabil fast lön med möjlighet till årsbonus. Förmånsbil, 30 dagar semester, tjänstepension, kollektivavtal, roliga kickoffer och teamaktiviteter, mm.
