Om rollen:

Som Customer Support Engineer hos Aptiv kommer du att arbeta på plats hos Volvo Cars i Torslanda, där du har en viktig roll i att analysera och hantera kvalitetsproblem kopplade till kablage. Rollen innebär att du både arbetar hands-on med att inspektera och analysera kablage direkt på bilar och produktionsmaterial, samt att du dokumenterar och kommunicerar dina fynd vidare till fabriken och andra intressenter.

Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

- Analysera och felsöka kvalitetsproblem på kablage direkt på fordon och produktionsmaterial.
- Säkerställa att kvalitetsfel hanteras effektivt genom att samla in information, ta bilder, analysera och skicka vidare underlag till Aptivs fabrik.
- Arbeta praktiskt med inspektion och ibland demontering av kablage för att hitta grundorsaken till problem.
- Kommunicera och samarbeta med Volvo Cars, Aptiv och Tier 1-leverantörer för att hitta lösningar och vid behov eskalera ärenden.
- Dokumentera och spåra kvalitetsärenden i Excel och andra system.
- Skapa enkla rapporter och presentationer i PowerPoint och Word för att presentera fynd och rekommenderade åtgärder.
- Vara en tydlig och diplomatisk kontaktperson för kvalitetsfrågor och driva på lösningar genom proaktiv kommunikation.

Vi söker dig som:

- Har en YH- eller högskoleutbildning inom teknik, IT eller liknande, samt någon form av arbetslivserfarenhet.
- Har en analytisk och lösningsorienterad inställning, samt trivs med att självständigt utreda och lösa problem.
- Är kommunikativ och diplomatisk, och kan hantera kunddialoger professionellt.
- Behärskar engelska flytande – svenska är en fördel, och franska eller serbiska är meriterande.
- Har grundläggande kunskaper i Excel, PowerPoint och Word, och kan skapa enklare rapporter och presentationer.
- Har tekniskt intresse och förmåga att förstå tekniska problem, även om du inte behöver vara expert på fordon.
- Är praktiskt lagd och inte rädd för att kavla upp ärmarna – du kommer att spendera en stor del av tiden ute i produktionen och på bilar.
- Har gärna erfarenhet från fordonsindustrin, men det är inget krav.

Som en del av Aptivs team kommer du att arbeta i nära samarbete med Volvo Cars och andra ledande aktörer för att säkerställa högsta kvalitet på deras produkter.

ANSTÄLLNINGEN

Detta är ett konsultuppdrag vilket innebär att du kommer till en början att vara anställd av Friday i 12 månader. På sikt finns goda möjligheter till anställning hos kundföretaget.
