We're looking for an Operations Engineer to join our team
NetClean is currently on the lookout for a technical expert who wants to contribute to creating secure and efficient IT solutions in a role of critical importance. If you’re a problem-solving-oriented individual with an interest in and understanding of cloud environments - preferably Azure, IT security, and customer satisfaction, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

About the role

As a Operations Engineer at NetClean, you will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining our cloud environment while also providing technical support internally, to partners, and to customers. You will be responsible for designing and maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our product development team and other stakeholders.

Your expertise will be crucial in delivering seamless and secure solutions while continuously improving our products and processes—both internally and externally.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing daily operations and IT tasks.
• Optimizing and maintaining cloud solutions with a strong focus on security.
• Providing technical support and guidance to customers and partners, including:

• • Assisting partners in designing and implementing IT infrastructure for our software solutions.
• • Ensuring installations and configurations adhere to security standards, such as HTTPS/TLS certificates.
• • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our software and its integration into customer environments.

• Collaborating with our IT partner to provide internal support.
