Bankgirot söker en Service Manager till området Operations Center och vår servicedesk i Stockholm. Som Service Manager Operations Center & Servicedesk blir du en del av ett team som ansvarar för servicedesk, kontinuerlig övervakning, monitorering och vidareutveckling, med målet att skapa en driftsäker och effektiv infrastruktur. Tillsammans med dina kollegor är du en nyckelspelare i att bygga vår helt nya Greenfield-lösning – en modern plattform som formar framtidens betalflöden i Sverige.

Din roll

Som Service Manager ansvarar du för att tjänsterna inom Operations Center och Servicedesk uppfyller verksamhetens krav och användarnas behov. Du fungerar som en central länk mellan Bankgirots kravställare, interna teknik- och applikationsteam, support och leverantörer, och säkerställer att tjänsterna utvecklas och levereras med hög kvalitet och stabilitet. Ditt arbete innebär en kombination av tekniskt och strategiskt ansvar, där du driver förbättringar och effektiviseringar inom tjänsteområdet.

Eftersom vi bygger upp ett helt nytt Operations Center och Servicedesk från grunden, kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att definiera och implementera tjänster, processer och arbetsmetoder. Du säkerställer att tjänsterna fungerar enligt verksamhetens behov genom uppföljning, rapportering och kontinuerlig förbättring. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden omfattar:

- Huvudansvar för tjänsterna inom Operations Center och Servicedesk, inklusive uppföljning, intern rapportering och kontinuerlig förbättring.
- Driva utveckling och leveransförbättringar i linje med organisationens strategi och mål.
- Informera och samordna kommunikation kring tjänsternas status, förändringar och utvecklingsplaner.
- Ta ansvar för tekniska beslut, val av plattformar, verktyg och arbetssätt.

Vi söker dig som har

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta inom Operations Center och Servicedesk och som har en god förståelse för IT-infrastruktur, applikationer och ITSM-verktyg. Kanske har du en tidigare bakgrund som operatör inom Servicedesk, Network Operations Center (NOC) eller incidenthantering, och är redo att ta steget in i roll där du får vara med och utveckla tjänsteområdet för att driva lösningar och förbättringar som formar framtidens betalinfrastruktur. Det är också meriterande om du har erfarenhet av arbete inom en reglerad verksamhet.

Din kunskap om ITIL-processer och IT-drift ger dig en stabil grund att stå på, och din starka kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga gör att du kan bygga relationer och skapa förtroende både internt och externt. Vidare har du en problemlösande inställning, vilket hjälper dig att navigera i en komplex och föränderlig miljö.

Övrig information

Tjänsten är en tillsvidareanställning baserad i Liljeholmen i Stockholm. Du behöver ha goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska. Innan anställning beslutas genomförs en säkerhetsprövning enligt säkerhetsskyddslagen (2018:585).
