Interim People Business Partner

Du har en viktig funktion för både vår affär och våra medarbetare med en stor variation av arbetsuppgifter. Arbetsuppgifter
- Proaktivt arbete med att sätta upp och utveckla processer, policies och arbetssätt kopplat till hela medarbetarresan
- Vara verksamhetens HR-stöd, både på lagret samt resterande delar av organisationen
- Löpande kommunikation och support kring HR-frågor från våra medarbetare
- Ingå i lagrets ledningsgrupp och självständigt driva HR-arbetet för lagret och se till att arbetet anpassas efter verksamhetens specifika krav
- Löpande rekrytering samt administration kring avtal, villkor etc
- Proaktivt arbete och stöttande i ledarskapsfrågor såsom uppföljningssamtal, utveckling, rehabilitering och välmående
- Ansvar för att driva en nära samverkan med fack och skyddsombud
- Driva och utveckla vår kultur inom bolaget
Krav för att söka rollen
- Universitetsutbildning eller motsvarande inom HR
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av tidigare arbete i en bred HR-roll
- Kommunicerar obehindrat i tal och skrift både på svenska och engelska
Det är bra om du har
- Erfarenhet från en HR-roll i lager eller produktionsmiljö
För att lyckas i rollen behöver du
- Trivas med att arbeta självständigt, ta egna initiativ och lösa problem
- Vara organiserad och drivas av att ta stort ansvar
- Vara en vass kommunikatör som kan möta olika målgrupper
Omfattning: Vikariat 12 mån (100 %) med start i juni 2025
Plats: Örebro, Vältgatan 8 Resor för arbete på kontoret i Stockholm ingår i tjänsten
