Job Description:

You will join a highly professional sales team with personnel of different backgrounds and competences, all with a mission to keep people and society safe.

Your role

You will be the core team leader in a team where each member contributes with their individual experiences but without any line manager responsibilities. You are expected to work with your individual area of responsibility while listening, interacting and taking an active part in other internal and external functions.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate a very strong drive, collaboration skills, commitment and ability to motivate and enthuse your surroundings. You are a confident communicator leading by values, visions and goals. You enjoy situations where you interact socially and face customers.

Your profile

We are looking for a winner within Marketing & Sales to capture business opportunities with a strong desire to win and improve our business. The responsibility encompasses securing business opportunities for all the products in the Surface Sensor Solutions portfolio. The Product Sales Responsible will drive the market areas in promoting the product portfolio, from early stages to final negotiations. In this position, you will handle complex business setups involving several stakeholders in an international environment.

Within this role it is key that you:

- Are passionate about sales and driving sales-related activities
- Have proven skills and records for the last years in complex sales
- Understand profitable business and have the capability to build strong relationships/partnerships throughout the whole business cycle
- Are a great leader who can engage and encourage all team members to align with the overall goal of the business
- Have a strong drive and understand the importance of collaborating with other functions within Saab, as well as meeting customers abroad

We appreciate having a relevant educational background and relevant experience in either business or technical areas. Working with procurement authorities in Sweden, internationally, or both is beneficial. We believe you can effectively combine strategic planning with operational actions. We highly regard excellent language abilities, especially English as a minimum requirement, and extra points for proficiency in other languages. We place importance on being a team player with strong leadership skills. We also recognize your ability to drive results, engage, and motivate others in a positive manner. Furthermore, we value your understanding of the business world and the focus on customer satisfaction.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
