Responsibilities

As Segment Director, you will be at the forefront of shaping CPAC Systems’ success and driving innovation in the automotive and industrial sectors. This role offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and operations, connecting cutting-edge technology with market demands. You will lead initiatives that propel our business forward, ensuring we remain a leader in automation, control, and autonomous vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand into existing and new markets.
- Lead sales initiatives and identify high-potential business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and R&D teams to align product development with customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships, delivering tailored solutions that add value.
- Hold full accountability for Profit & Loss within your segment, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
- Influence the company’s strategic direction as a key member of the executive team.

Key qualifications

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of technology and business. As Segment Director, you will need to combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to achieve results in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with expertise in electronics, electromobility, and/or automation.
- Proven experience in business development, ideally within the tech or industrial sectors.
- Track record of successfully leading complex sales processes and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
- A hands-on, operational mindset with the ability to implement strategies and lead by example.
