We are looking for an engaged Digital Marketing Manager for a 15-month period full-time (parental leave cover), with a possibility for this to be transformed to a permanent employment after this period. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing, Daniel Hjort .

Start: May 2024

What you’ll do at Nexus

As Digital Marketing Manager at Nexus and IN Groupe you will be a part of our Strategic Business Unit – Digital Services that includes the Nexus brand. You will work as an important contributor in a global, very hands-on and fast-paced team with Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators and an Art Director.

All of our efforts are focused on driving leads, and this may include managing and publishing content, such as blogs, videos, whitepapers or guides, as well as updating our websites (in WordPress). You should be comfortable turning technical details and text into engaging copy for the website, blog and social media. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Be a central part to implementing and executing the strategy for digital marketing together with the rest of the team.
  • Be responsible for our websites, drive and coordinate the work on them
  • Create and publish content: blog, whitepapers, guides, emails in Pardot
  • Publish and administer our social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Xing) and Haiilo (s ocial sharing tool) 
  • Work with the Corporate Communication team to plan and execute webinars as well as face to face events and exhibitions. 
  • Work and control SEO parameters that affect the organic and local search results on the web.
  • Ensure cooperation with Sales / Product / Corporate communication and HR organizations

About you and Qualifications

As you probably understand, this is an role with some fun responsibilities, where you will manage a broad range of tasks. Therefore, we think you have proven work experience with 5 years in digital marketing, on top of a relevant education.

You should be comfortable with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, as this in one of our main channels. We also believe in employee advocacy; therefore, we use a social sharing tool called Haiilo, which will be your best friend. During your studies and work experience you have gained knowledge of web publishing tools (like WordPress), inbound marketing, social media, SEO, and marketing automation.

We believe that the individual can make an impact, so your personal experiences and knowledge are as important as your formal qualifications.

You will be expected to work proficiently and independently across various marketing areas. As stated, we are a global organization and a part of the duties is to create texts so it’s imperative that you speak and write English fluently and professionally. It is important that you can demonstrate experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. You have as well experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels, experience with A/B and multivariate experiments and solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Matomo & Google Analytics).
