ASSA ABLOY Group is looking for a Digital Product Compliance Manager with experience of working in an international setting. You will be part of the Global Innovation Management Team and work in close collaboration with the group Legal, Privacy and Information Security teams as well as ASSA ABLOY divisions. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong interest in working internationally with digital product compliance in the evolving field of cyber security, information security and privacy.

In this role you will work collaboratively in a decentralized and international environment to advocate a strong digital product compliance culture and further develop our Digital Compliance Framework. You will play a key part in establishing and forming ASSA ABLOY standards and ways of working. Together with relevant stakeholders, you will actively support collaboration, alignment and sharing of best practices between divisions to reach a common level of compliance for digital products and services across ASSA ABLOY.

You will report to the Head of Global Product Sustainability and Compliance within the Global Innovation Management Team. This role is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Digital Compliance Program and collaborate effectively with key functions (Information Security, Product Compliance and Security and Privacy/Legal) on group level to further outline Digital Compliance Framework.
  • Develop digital product compliance directives, guidelines and requirements and support their implementation in the divisions.
  • Provide training relating to digital product compliance requirements.
  • Facilitate alignment in the implementation of group requirements relating to digital product compliance through coordination with divisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of the framework of group requirements relating to digital product compliance.
  • Support follow up of key group requirements in the divisions.

Limited domestic and international travel will be required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience of product regulatory compliance and security in an international context.
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to orchestrate change, build consensus, clarify business impact and translate complex requirements into practical solutions for different audiences.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Relevant work permit for Sweden.

About You

You have documented experience in product compliance and security and have worked in an international environment.

You have a strong interest in cybersecurity and digital technology trends.

Experience of working with regulations and standards as well as auditing is favored.
