Channel Sales Manager

Verkada seeks a Swedish/English speaking Channel Sales Manager to help manage the on-boarding, growth, and development of key Verkada reseller partners in the Nordic Countries.

You will:
  • Become an expert in all-things Verkada
  • Work collaboratively with Verkada sales teams to identify key opportunities, develop sales forecasts, and remove potential obstacles
  • Educate partner executives and sales teams on Verkada products, programs, promotions, pricing and sales campaigns
  • Develop and execute customer-facing and internal partner marketing activities
  • Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc partner business reviews to ensure aligned with objectives
  • Regularly report on partner achievements and assigned metrics
  • Make recommendations regarding channel partner program tools, incentives, and go-to-market messaging
  • Regular travel in/around the Nordic territory to meet with partner
You have:
  • Native or Business Fluent Swedish and Business English
  • Long tenure in a Channel Sales role
  • Highly effective communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, nurture relationships, and hold strong presentation skills
  • An understanding of selling through partners
  • Patience and drive to create your own leads
  • A proven ability to exceed targets using a sales methodology, and can articulate how you have ensured your own success
  • Experience in Salesforce (not essential, but a huge advantage

  • A self-starter: You have the discipline and drive to create your own pipeline generation
  • Organised: You think and act logically to facilitate moving deals on in volume
  • Curious and analytical: You use a data driven approach to make your territory plan
  • Able to challenge the status quo: Your ability to build strong relationships enables you to influence and effectively challenge the norm
  • Creative: Marketing forms part of your ecosystem, and you will be at the forefront of these plans for your territory
  • Must live in one of the Nordic Countries (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) near a major city. Stockholm preferred
