The Inside Sales & Lead Generation Manager will collaborate closely with DanAds' outside sales teams, focusing on connecting with major global media companies, generating leads, and scheduling meetings and follow-ups. This role will be full-time and based in our new office in central Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

- Identify new sales opportunities with prominent media companies globally using lead generation sales methodologies.

- Achieve or surpass quotas for qualified leads/appointments provided to the sales team through email-based and online prospecting.

- Promptly follow up with and qualify marketing-generated inquiries for our services.

- Research and compile information about target personas and media companies to develop prospecting lists.

- Qualify prospects, schedule sales appointments, and conduct online research to prepare for client meetings.

- Perform web research and navigate organizations’ sites to identify appropriate contacts.

- Document all activities and interactions in CRM software.

- Manage prospect pipeline efficiently to achieve maximum results.

- Develop and execute various email campaigns targeting specific events or prospects in addition to ongoing lead-generation activities.

- Provide support to our direct or indirect channel sales efforts as required.

- Conduct online prospecting to set qualified appointments, utilizing a conversational approach to uncover and qualify new business opportunities.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Previous inside sales or lead generation experience in B2B settings is essential. Experience in broadcasting, newspapers, or digital media sectors is a plus.

- Strong online prospecting and marketing skills, including the ability to creatively reach prospects, identify decision-makers, and handle objections professionally.

- Proficiency in CRM management, with the ability to share best practices, improve processes, and deliver clear and consistent reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

- Proactive management of schedule and leads pipeline to meet milestones and objectives.

- Ability to handle inbound leads from various sources and assess their business potential.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of professionalism.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and delivering above-expectation results.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
