Easyfairs growth plans are big and have consistently shaped the company’s trajectory from its launch in 2004 to a global top 11 exhibition company. The digital marketing team is at the heart of this growth, and they are delighted to be creating an exciting new role as Email Marketing Automation Specialist to support new projects and their growing portfolio of events. Some of the events from the Nordic portfolio that you will be working with are Comic Con, FFCR, Elmässan, SETT, Personal & Chef and more.

Your role as Email Marketing Automation Specialist
As Email Marketing Automation Specialist at Easyfairs you will be our regional expert within Email Marketing. You will work hands on with setup of automated journeys, development of templates, A/B-testing, delivering insights through reporting and optimising effective implementation of an email marketing strategies for all Nordic events.

Join our team and contribute to:

- Delivering more qualitative and high-performing email marketing campaigns, leading to improved results on email marketing KPIs.

- Maximizing the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Strategically developing and automating our Email Marketing processes.

- Enhancing efficiency in setting up email marketing campaigns through journeys and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

- Designing and implementing effective email marketing strategies, including marketing automation.

- Creating responsive email templates adhering to best practices and brand guidelines.

- Conducting A/B testing.

- Training and supporting colleagues on all aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- Ensure optimal campaign planning and lead on best practice for emails.

- Optimizing email conversion rates (pre-registrations/visitors through email channels).

- Providing consistent reporting and benchmarking for channel KPIs.

Who are we looking for?

A candidate with at least 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, demonstrating a successful track record in implementing journeys and email marketing campaigns.

- Higher education (bachelor's or master's degree), ideally in digital marketing or digital technology.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another platform for journey building and marketing automation.

- Experience with Litmus or similar software for testing, analyzing, and building emails.

- Digital-driven, technology-savvy, dynamic, organized, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, good communicator, with a natural ability to convince and interact effectively at all levels.

- Fluency in Swedish and English; proficiency in Finnish or Danish is considered a plus.
