Integrity360 is the largest independent cybersecurity provider in UK & Ireland, with Security Operations Centers in Dublin, Sofia and South Africa, and with around 580 employees, of which over 80% are technical. We help our clients proactively identify, protect, detect and respond to threats against the ever-evolving cyber threat landscape.
Our 'Security First' approach positions security as an enabler and empowers our clients to do business securely. In tandem with this is the requirement for our clients to manage cyber risk and compliance appropriately and proportionately in order to demonstrate effective corporate governance over their cyber estate, and that it is aligned to strategic business objectives.
Job Description:We are looking for a Sales Executive who has experience selling cyber security solutions and managed services to Clients. The ideal candidate should be energetic, motivated, and persistent with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust. They must demonstrate deep customer expertise and empathy, and be committed to achieving brilliant experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities:- Pro-active new business development.
- Cold calling customers in order to promote and sell our Managed Services portfolio.
- Cold calling customers regarding their Cyber Security and offering new technologies, renewing their current solutions or alternative solutions to meet their needs.
- Achieving personal targets of sales and gross contribution.
- Creating proposal and quotation documents.
- Competing with other Partners in a competitive market and ensuring that our products and professional services are an attractive option.
- Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage pipeline, providing weekly updates to forecast.
- Field Sales - attend client meetings.
- Build and maintain relationships with Vendors.
- Promote the Integrity360 'brand' by exceeding customer expectations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in the sales experience.
- 2+ years cyber sales experience.
- Proposal writing experience.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Proven track record in new business sales.
- Resilience – ability to stay focused on job-in-hand/stay determined.
- Listening – ability to detect potential problems proactively.
- Ability to engage and influence others.
- Negotiation Skills – securing win-win agreements.
- Observation Skills – recognizing objectively what is happening in or across the organization and applying solutions to a given problem that 'fits'.
