CEO & Co-Founder at Leadfront - Digitalisation, CRM, Marketing Automation och Customer experince

Leadfront växer snabbt och vi letar nu efter flera CX & Marketing Automation konsulter som vill bli en del av vårt team. Vi arbetar med kunder som använder ledande plattformar som Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud och Symplify för att optimera sina kundupplevelser och marknadsföringsprocesser. Vår uppgift är att hjälpa våra kunder att designa, implementera och vidareutveckla sina CX-strategier genom effektiva och datadrivna Marketing Automation-lösningar.

Ansvarsområden:
  • Genomföra förstudier och analyser för att förstå kundens behov och definiera lösningar inom CX och Marketing Automation.
  • Implementera och optimera kampanjflöden i verktyg som Adobe Campaign, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud och Symplify.
  • Utveckla strategier för kundresor och segmentering som maximerar engagemang och affärsnytta.
  • Stötta kunder i att skapa personaliserade och automatiserade kommunikationsflöden.
  • Fungera som rådgivare och expert inom Marketing Automation och CX, både internt och externt.
  • Driva projekt och samordna insatser mellan olika intressenter för att säkerställa framgångsrika leveranser.
  • Utforska nya teknologier och metoder för att förbättra kundupplevelser och effektivisera marknadsföringsstrategier.
Kvalifikationer:

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av att arbeta strategiskt och operativt med Marketing Automation och Customer Experience-plattformar. Du har ett analytiskt sinne, förståelse för affärsprocesser och en passion för att skapa värde genom digitala kundupplevelser.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Minst 3 års erfarenhet av Marketing Automation-projekt i komplexa miljöer.
  • God förståelse för kundresor, datadriven marknadsföring och segmentering.
  • En teknisk förståelse och vana att arbeta med integrationer och API:er.
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och driva projekt, exempelvis som projektledare eller produktägare (meriterande).
  • Mod och nyfikenhet att ta dig an nya teknologier och arbetssätt.
  • Stark förmåga att kommunicera och samarbeta med både tekniska och affärsdrivna team.
