You will be responsible for building and maintaining customer journeys, coordinating assets, and executing daily CRM operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer journey strategies.
  • Maintain and improve existing customer journeys.
  • Analyze results and provide insights for further improvements.
What We're Looking For:
  • At least two years of experience with CRM and email marketing on global markets.
  • Proficiency in using a CRM tool such as Voyado, Braze, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with loyalty programs and app, on-site, and text message communications is a plus.
