Job description
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on customer success by driving engagement and improving retention through the strategic use of CRM and Marketing Automation. You'll be hands-on in executing campaigns, building automated customer journeys, and creating targeted segments within our CRM and MA systems. You'll play a key role in working directly with clients and enhancing our internal processes to help optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create personalized, automated customer journeys and workflows that align with both client needs and business goals.
- Oversee the ongoing management of CRM and MA platforms, ensuring data accuracy, organization, and effective segmentation for better customer targeting and engagement.
- Partner with internal teams such as Performance Marketing, UX/CX, and Data Analytics to enhance campaign performance and improve customer experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance, monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns, drive innovation, and increase ROI.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in CRM and Marketing Automation, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to enhance client experiences and optimize internal processes.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM and Marketing Automation within a digital marketing environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and MA platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or similar.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and omnichannel engagement.
- Proficiency in CDPs and data analysis/reporting tools such as GA4, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset.
Not essential, but an advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of SQL or basic coding for automation enhancements.
- Familiarity with API integrations and CRM/MA platform customizations.
- Previous agency experience.
