Noresca IT Consulting grundades i Göteborg år 2017, sedan dess har bolaget vuxit stabilt och vi är idag 30 anställda i Göteborg och Stockholm, med fortsatta tillväxtmål. Som Business Area Manager på Noresca får du en avgörande roll i att skapa en kultur där engagemang, utveckling och framgång står i centrum. Vi söker en passionerad ledare som inte bara coachar och motiverar utan som också aktivt bidrar till att både individ och team når sina mål.

I denna roll läggs stort fokus på människor och ledarskap. Du kommer att bygga starka relationer, bidra till en inspirerande arbetsmiljö och säkerställa att våra affärssystemkonsulter i Stockholm kontinuerligt utvecklas, mår bra och presterar efter bästa förmåga. Vi tror på ett nära och individanpassat ledarskap, vilket innebär att du behöver vara på plats på kontoret större delen av arbetsveckan.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden:

Ledarskap och teamutveckling
  • Ansvar för cirka 14 personer och deras professionella och personliga utveckling
  • Skapa en arbetsmiljö där alla känner sig motiverade och sedda
  • Praktisera ett individanpassat och närvarande ledarskap
  • Coacha och leda teamet för att säkerställa både hög prestation och personligt välmående
  • Rekrytera, onboarda och utveckla nya medarbetare med en tydlig plan för framgång
  • Vid behov, aktivt hantera och lösa personalärenden
  • Säkerställa en välfungerande daglig drift
Resultatansvar och verksamhetsutveckling
  • Ta fullt ansvar för att teamet uppnår sina beläggnings- och intäktsmål
  • Effektivt allokera konsulter i projekt och följa upp resultat
  • Löpande utveckla filosofi, struktur och processer
Kontorsansvar och trivsel
  • Säkerställa en trivsam och inspirerande arbetsmiljö
  • Ansvara för kontorsinköp och gemensamma aktiviteter
  • Driva och delta i sociala evenemang och konferenser för att förstärka teamkänslan

Du rapporterar direkt till VD och ingår i bolagets ledningsgrupp, vilket ger dig stora möjligheter att vara med och påverka och utveckla verksamheten.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du behöver ha följande:

  • Erfarenhet av ERP och IT-konsultbranschen
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av budgetansvar och ledningsgruppsarbete
  • Starkt eget driv och ansvarstagande att föra verksamheten framåt
  • Förmåga att utveckla och implementera långsiktiga planer och strategier
  • Ett genuint intresse för människor och en förmåga att coacha medarbetare att nå sin fulla potential
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift
