As an Area Sales Manager Agent for France, you will:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities across France and potential French speaking areas in nearby countries such as Switzerland.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, mainly car dealers and workshops in the region.
  3. Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  4. Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor the product offering to meet local market demands.
  5. Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
  6. Focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. Has at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry.
  2. Is familiar with the French automotive markets and business culture.
  3. Demonstrates a strong business mindset and a proven ability to drive growth.
  4. Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
  5. Is fluent in French and can speak English.
