As an Area Sales Manager Agent for France, you will:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across France and potential French speaking areas in nearby countries such as Switzerland.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, mainly car dealers and workshops in the region.
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor the product offering to meet local market demands.
- Monitor regional market trends, competitors, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
- Focus on achieving sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the automotive aftersales/aftermarket or car parts industry.
- Is familiar with the French automotive markets and business culture.
- Demonstrates a strong business mindset and a proven ability to drive growth.
- Is proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Is fluent in French and can speak English.
