The $1.4 trillion financial advisory industry relies heavily on costly and scarce cognitive labor. The industry is so inefficient that firms can charge millions of dollars for teams of junior employees, whose work is 90% manual and repetitive. We strongly believe that AI will automate most of this work and provide a massive uplift in productivity.

Grasp is an AI platform for professionals in the finance sector. We build proprietary AI modelsthat are dedicated to solve complex and time-consuming workflows. We've found product market fit and are scaling our team quickly.

Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for making sure our customers and trial users get maximum value out of Grasp's AI platform. This includes actively monitoring usage and proactively reaching out to provide feedback to users. The Customer Success Manager will also be instrumental in gathering customer feedback, understanding needs and requirements, and facilitating our product development efforts to further improve our AI platform. In addition, there may be additional responsibilities and tasks to be done connected to growth and retention.

Skills and requirements

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably from the financial advisory industry.

  • Great communication skills as you'll interact with customers on a daily basis.

  • A positive, can-do, attitude with willingness to improve customers' workflows.

  • Able, and keen, to work with both the commercial and the product development teams.
