Du kommer att ha betydande affärsansvar, från prospektering och initiering av kontakt till behovsanalys, förhandling och kontraktsskrivning. Som säljare förväntas du professionellt driva dialogen med den potentiella kunden framåt, med fokus på enterprise-segmentet.
Du kommer att ansvara för att boka möten med beslutsfattare som HR, VD och CFO, och erbjuda lösningar till företag som vill prioritera medarbetares välmående.
För att se till att du har alla möjligheter att lyckas, kommer du att samarbeta med experter inom företaget, inklusive ditt team och våra sjuksköterskor som kan tillhandahålla klinisk expertis. Som säljare rapporterar du direkt till vår försäljningschef Oscar Karlsson, som har varit en del av OneLab i över 7 år och tillsammans med övriga teamet kommer han stötta dig till bästa möjliga resultat och utveckling.
VAD VI SÖKER- Du har en passion för försäljning och ett entreprenörstänk.
- Uthållighet och envishet finns i ditt DNA.
- Minst 3 års säljerfarenhet, helst inom B2B och tech/SaaS.
- Flytande i svenska och engelska, med professionella skrivkunskaper på båda språken.
- Bli en del av ett otroligt passionerat säljteam i ett snabbt växande tech-företag.
- Bli skicklig på att hantera komplexa försäljningsprocesser i en snabb miljö.
