Som Country Manager kommer du att ansvara för att driva affärsframgångar i Sverige och Finland genom strategiskt ledarskap, effektiv säljledning och starkt relationsbyggande.

Rollen innebär att övervaka alla företagets aktiviteter inom olika områden, representera företaget på den lokala marknaden och till partners, leverantörer och myndigheter, utveckla effektiva försäljningsstrategier, genomföra marknadsanalyser, leda och coacha det lokala teamet och säkerställa samarbete mellan avdelningar och underleverantörer. Teamet består av 12 medarbetare.

Viktiga ansvarsområden:
  • Övervaka alla företagets aktiviteter inom ekonomi, administration, försäljning och teknik.
  • Bygga och upprätthålla starka relationer med lokala representanter för våra leverantörer.
  • Driva ständiga förbättringar genom rapportering, problemlösning och processoptimering.
  • Utveckla och implementera effektiva försäljningsstrategier som är anpassade till den lokala marknaden.
  • Genomföra marknadsanalyser för att identifiera försäljningspotential, nya kanaler och viktiga lokala aktörer.
  • Leda, utveckla och coacha det lokala teamet för att främja tillväxt och självförbättring.
  • Hantera och övervaka större försäljningsprojekt från början till slut.
  • Säkerställa ett nära samarbete mellan avdelningar, lokala team och underleverantörer.
Kvalifikationer och krav:
  • Minst 5 års arbetslivserfarenhet i en liknande roll skulle vara en fördel.
  • Kunskap om Solenergi (PV/BESS)-marknaden i Skandinavien.
  • Dokumenterad erfarenhet i en ledande befattning.
  • Starka färdigheter inom ledarskap, ekonomi och strategisk planering.
  • Utmärkt kommunikations- och problemlösningsförmåga.
  • Språkkunskaper: Engelska min. C1, Svenska min. C1.
