Are you ready for a new challenge? Here's your chance to be among the first to shape the future of Telefire in Europe We are on the lookout for a skilled and dynamic Presales Consultant to play a key role in our team.

This position merges technical expertise with customer-oriented skills to achieve successful sales outcomes and maximize customer satisfaction. Based in the Stockholm Metropolitan Area, you will have the opportunity to meet customers across the Nordics and contribute to our rapid growth.

As a Presales Consultant, you won't just be supporting our sales team—you'll be an essential part of a revolutionary journey where we provide innovative solutions in PSIM, IBMS and fire detection.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical presale support for the sales team, including customer meetings, collecting data, and participating in site visits for estimation purposes.
  2. Serve as the main technical contact for customers throughout the Nordics.
  3. Conduct training sessions through Telefire's academy to familiarize clients with our product lineup.
  4. Collaborate with consultants, designers, and specialists in PSIM, IBMS and fire detection, to define project specifications, ensure product compatibility, and identify opportunities.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits of our PSIM, IBMS, and Fire Detection solutions.
  6. Draft detailed Scopes of Work (SOW) and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) aligned with customer requirements, ensuring proposals are thorough and accurate.
Qualifications
  1. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for technology.
  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in PSIM and/or IBMS presale support is required. Experience with fire detection is a plus.
  3. Fluency in English and Swedish, demonstrating fluency and accuracy in complex technical communication.
  4. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills focused on outcomes.
  6. Proven ability to conduct training effectively.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Self-driven and capable of rapid learning while working independently.
  9. Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-focused environment.
  10. Willingness to travel up to 50%.
