About the Role:
As a CRM & Automation Specialist, you will join our growing global marketing team to create Salesforce automation campaigns that are powered by data and leverage real-time insights to create a personalized customer experience.
Your role will focus on creating campaigns that track customer engagement at all digital touchpoints and tailor communication to support them by using Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.
While having the opportunity to collaborate directly with a global marketing team and key stakeholders, you will initiate effective marketing campaigns online and translate business goals into successful marketing campaigns. You will help shape the strategy and success of global online marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys across multiple channels.
In this role, you will:
- Build and maintain automation journeys in Pardot to support campaigns.
- Lead collaborations to determine automation project needs and requirements, set and manage expectations for each campaign.
- Design, implement, and optimize web forms to capture leads and enhance customer data collection.
- Identify automation opportunities across digital platforms and provide guidance.
- Interpret and visualize Salesforce campaign data to support decision making.
- Ensure all customer record data is successfully segmented for success.
- Review customer behavior to determine areas of improvement.
- Recommend more effective data strategy and segmentation.
- Implement best practices for data hygiene and governance to prevent recurring sync errors and improve automation reliability.
- Document automation processes and best practices for scalability and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in customer data and automation processes.
Please note: This role is a fixed-term and full-time role starting from April 2025, earlier if possible, until the end of 2025, with the possibility to extend. This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days a week at our office in Stockholm city.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for someone that has:
- At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud or Marketing Cloud and Pardot is required.
- Equivalent education level of Bachelor or Associate Degree in Digital Marketing or a related field is required.
- Strong project management skills along with creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to drive results by working directly with stakeholders, communicating and collaborating both with team members and cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English are required to communicate the value of automation to any audience.
- Ability to construct automation across multiple digital platforms and a deep understanding of how automation can simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Foundational understanding of GDPR is a plus.
