Nu söker vi en IT Business Partner som vill vara med och driva vår IT-utveckling, både operativt och strategiskt. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att säkerställa att vår IT-infrastruktur stödjer affärsverksamheten internt, samtidigt som du bidrar till att utveckla en långsiktig IT-strategi och stärker det nordiska samarbetet inom koncernen.

Om rollen

I denna roll har du det övergripande interna ansvaret för IT-miljön inom Wennstrom Solutions & Service AB, inklusive IT-infrastruktur, affärssystem och användarsupport. Du arbetar både hands-on med IT-support och drift, men har också ett strategiskt fokus på digitalisering och affärsutveckling i samarbete med andra nyckelpersoner inom bolaget.

Du kommer att:

  • Definiera IT-mål, mäta framsteg och säkerställa att IT-strategin är aktuell och relevant.
  • Ansvara för installation och underhåll av IT-infrastruktur, nätverk och system.
  • Utveckla och implementera processer för IT-support och säkerställa effektiv support till medarbetare.
  • Säkerställa att affärsprocesser och behov stöds tekniskt av IT-system och applikationer.
  • Driva digitaliseringsinitiativ och utvecklingsprojekt inom IT.
  • Analysera resursutnyttjande och utveckla strategier för optimering av IT-prestanda.
  • Samarbeta med nordiska IT-kollegor för att utveckla IT-lösningar inom koncernen.
  • Hantera externa IT-leverantörer och förhandla samarbetskontrakt.
  • Utveckla och implementera policyer och rutiner för IT-säkerhet och haveriberedskap.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har en bred IT-kompetens och erfarenhet av både operativt IT-arbete och strategisk utveckling. Du trivs med att arbeta operativt och ser det som en viktig del av din roll, men du har också ambitionen och förutsättningarna att ta ett mer strategiskt ansvar. Du har ett affärsmässigt mindset och drivs av att skapa effektiva IT-lösningar som stärker verksamheten.

Vi ser gärna att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av outsourcad IT-miljö samt nätverk, hårdvara och mjukvara (Windows-miljö)
  • Erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera IT-strategier
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med affärssystem (Visma.net och/eller Salesforce är meriterande)
  • God förståelse för IT-säkerhet ochhaveriberedskap
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva projekt
  • Stark kommunikationsförmåga och vana att samarbeta med olika intressenter
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en nordisk eller internationell miljö är meriterande
