I rollen som Premium Sales Service Manager ansvarar du för att säkerställa högsta servicenivå för våra premiumkunder på alla våra arenor. Du är en nyckelperson i att skapa en smidig och förstklassig kundresa, från bokning till evenemangsupplevelse. Genom att hantera kundservice, bokningar och administration ser du till att våra årskunder får en upplevelse i absolut toppklass.

Du kommer tillhöra PremiumSales-teamet som är en del av Commercial-avdelningenoch rapportera till Head of PremiumSales.

Några av dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden innefattar att:

  • Hantera kundservice och support för våra premiumkunder, inklusive bokningar och concierge-service
  • Ansvara för uppstart av nya årskunder, inklusive introduktion till bokningsportaler och arenabesök
  • Hantera biljettförsäljning, relocates och optimering av biljettutnyttjande
  • Skapa och hantera en struktur för återköp/vidareförsäljning av biljetter
  • Skicka ut och följa upp kundkommunikation, inklusive menyer och förbeställningar
  • Hantera fakturor, betalningar och uppföljning av dessa
  • Genomföra och analysera kundundersökningar för att ständigt förbättra upplevelsen
  • Stötta Commercial-teamet vid arbetstoppar, med särskilt fokus på biljett- och försäljningsadministration
Din profil

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har minst 1–2 års erfarenhet inom service, hospitality eller kundservice, gärna från evenemang, resebranschen eller premiumupplevelser. Du är affärsmässig, strukturerad och kommunikativ, med en naturlig känsla för kundbemötande och service. En riktig doerVidare är du lösningsorienterad och har förmågan att arbeta effektivt med administration och digitala system.

Kravprofil
  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom service/hospitality eller motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Minst 1–2 års erfarenhet inom service, hospitality eller kundservice
  • Erfarenhet av bokningssystem och CRM
  • God administrativ förmåga och erfarenhet av Office 365, särskilt Excel
  • Utmärkt kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av conciergerelaterade uppgifter
  • Förståelse för premiumtjänster och försäljningsoptimering
