Nu söker vi en Social Media & Content Creator som kan lyfta vår digitala närvaro till nästa nivå. Det här är inte en roll för någon som bara postar inlägg för att fylla ett flöde. Vi letar efter en kreativ röst som förstår hur man bygger ett varumärke genom genuint och inspirerande innehåll, skapar engagemang och långsiktigt värde för vår community.

Det här kommer du att göra
  • Skapa innehåll som sticker ut – Producera och publicera visuellt starkt, engagerande och varumärkesbyggande organiskt innehåll för våra sociala medier, främst Instagram men även TikTok och andra plattformar på sikt.
  • Berätta våra historier – Våra hotell har själ. Ditt jobb är att förmedla det genom bild, video och text som fångar känslan av varje destination.
  • Fota, filma, redigera – Du behöver kunna skapa högkvalitativt innehåll själv, men också veta när det är dags att ta in en fotograf eller videoproducent för större satsningar.
  • Tänka kreativt och våga testa nytt – Vi vill att du utmanar, testar, analyserar och utvecklar vårt innehåll. Vad får folk att stanna upp? Vad får dem att längta efter en upplevelse hos oss?
  • Hantera flera varumärken samtidigt – Du kommer att arbeta med flera hotell, restauranger och konton, och behöver därför ha förmågan att planera och strukturera arbetet så att varje varumärke får en tydlig och stark digital närvaro och se till att varje kanal får rätt tonalitet och innehållsstrategi.

  • Bevisad erfarenhet av att skapa sociala medier-innehåll – Visa oss vad du har gjort tidigare. Vi vill se hur du tänker och skapar.
  • Skicklighet inom foto och video – Du kan fånga den perfekta bilden och vet hur du redigerar för att fånga känslan.
  • Exceptionell känsla för text och tonalitet – Du vet hur du skriver en caption som både säljer och engagerar – utan att kännas som en annons.
  • Estetisk fingertoppskänsla – Du har ett öga för detaljer och förstår hur man bygger en visuell identitet som känns exklusiv.
  • Självständighet och driv – Du är van vid att hantera många projekt parallellt och kan balansera kreativt skapande med strategiskt tänkande. Du tar egna initiativ, får saker att hända och har höga ambitioner för vad riktigt bra innehåll kan åstadkomma.
  • Förståelse för plattformar och trender – Du vet hur sociala medier fungerar idag – och hur de kommer att fungera imorgon.
