Right now, we are looking for a Customer Solution Owner to be responsible for Customized Solutions within our Customized Delivery & Life Cycle Management team. I am Claus Eberhardt and I am leading the Customized Delivery & LCM team. We are a great bunch of people, and I am super proud of every member of our team.

Our team is responsible for all customized IoT solutions to external customers in the delivery phase as well as for the full life cycle of the solution. You will be responsible that the solution meets the Customer expectations during the delivery project and in operations. You will have the full responsibility for the solution's technical capabilities as well as the financial profit and loss.

You oversee the implementation of the solution and drive the engagement into successful delivery. You evaluate results with the customer and continue to work with the customer to evolve the relation to a powerful partnership where Telia continuously iterates the customer solution to solve new business challenges. You become the key individual overseeing continuous customer success.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Support IoT Sales to grow sales and establish/maintain market leadership within IoT
  2. Collect all stakeholders together to evaluate, plan and develop the solution
  3. Translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements
  4. Define the solution concept and iterate this with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners
  5. Lead customer projects with structure and take care of document creation
  6. Assemble and manage the virtual team to onboard the customer to Telia's IoT services
  7. Train and show how customers can use our services most efficiently
  8. Manage complex IoT bids

We are looking for a technically savvy IoT Customer Solution Owner who possesses a strong drive for results. As a person you are used to changing environments and keeping things together. You have a genuine interest and ability to translate customer needs and business targets into technical requirements and vice versa.

We think that you have passion for IoT and solving customer problems with strong business focus. You have led and/or worked with customer implementation projects or similar before and you have excellent communication (Swedish and English), interpersonal and project management skills. Also, ideally with industry-specific experience such as buildings, transport/logistics, automotive, telecom, IT.

Customer-centric by generating ideas and solutions that address client needs and exceed their expectations.

Product-oriented, to evolve the solutions towards more standardized components/solutions over time.

Result-oriented by adjusting behavior quickly and effectively to meet goals, overcome any obstacles, or resolve a concern.

Flexible and result-oriented, with knowledge of both agile as well as waterfall project methodology.

Initiator, who independently initiates activities and projects.

Diplomatic team-player sharing information and expertise, to achieve desired results.

Your Experience:

  1. Relevant experience and recognized as an expert in IoT/Telecom/IT areas
  2. Experience working with long-term external customer relations, building trust and transparency
  3. Experience of Cloud solutions and SaaS
  4. Basic understanding of Telco operations and business
  5. Experience from SW development, but also a plus with experience from HW development
  6. Customer oriented with strong business focus and eager to expand the business
  7. Highly organized and able to multitask with self-driven and proactive nature
  8. Personal and able to keep a positive attitude under stressful and changing circumstances
  9. University degree/Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent education
  10. Full professional proficiency in Swedish and English
