About the role

Sinch is on a continuous journey to evolve our organization and ways of working. As we progress in our business transformation journey, we seek an experienced Senior HR Change Lead to support the people agenda in various change and transformation initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving the people side of different company transformation programs, ensuring a professional change experience. You have a strong passion for managing the human aspect of changes and leading HR initiatives that enhance our business performance and develop future-proof organizations.

This role reports to the VP of Human Resources for EMEA, and is based in Stockholm, Sweden.

Key responsibilities:

  1. HR Project Leadership: Lead the HR stream in various business transformation programs, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and timelines. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including milestones, deliverables, and change impact assessments covering specific people and organizational aspects. Collaborate and coordinate with central project managers and local HR representatives to ensure HR activities are integrated with the broader transformation program and meet country-specific requirements.
  2. Leader Support: Develop tools and guides for leaders and employees tailored to the nature of the transformation. Provide coaching and support to leaders to facilitate effective change leadership. Support the development of communication plans, messages, and materials to build trust and structure around people and organizational aspects of transformation programs.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership, HR colleagues, and other project team members. Facilitate regular updates, workshops, and feedback sessions to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  4. Internal Mobilization and Coordination: Coordinate with HR colleagues in different geographies to ensure consistent implementation of transformation activities. Advocate for and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies. Organize and lead regular meetings with HR colleagues to track progress, address challenges, and share best practices.
  5. Who will you work with: You'll work with project team members with various expertise, HR professionals, and leaders in different countries.

About you:

To be successful in the role you have been working in the HR field for a significant amount of time in a global environment. You understand the role of HR in building a professional change experience. You are a proactive go-getter who takes the initiative and works independently, and you are comfortable with ambiguity and skilled at turning the unknown into a clear path. You have excellent listening and relationship-building skills that earn trust at all levels.

  • Proven experience in HR, ideally having worked as both an HR manager and HR project manager.
  • Documented experience leading HR streams in large company transformations in a global environment with stakeholders across various countries.
  • HR Project Management Capability: Skilled in defining, structuring, and leading people and organizational initiatives in a project manner. Able to break down complexity into tangible steps and documentation. Engage and mobilize others to deliver.
  • Legal Know-How: Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance in various countries is a significant plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially PPT and Excel.
