Job Description:

We are looking for a Change Manager/Facilitator for the Change Impact Assessments in the NextGen PLM (NGPLM) Program. As a facilitator, you will help deliver a series of Change Impact Assessments (CIAs) for the different roll-outs in the program during 2025. This company-wide transformation will involve an intense streak of roll-outs throughout the entire organization of Husqvarna Group.

You will travel to impacted sites to conduct CIAs, determining both local and global impacts of the forthcoming change. You will help consolidate the output into effective plans for managing the change and coordinate sessions, ensuring relevant participants engage with various stakeholders while supporting the organization in managing the impacts.

You will work alongside a team of Change Management professionals, reporting to the Change Lead of the NGPLM Program, Elin Sternberg, and executing the set strategy for CIA delivery while owning and driving critical activities.

Background:

The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator with proven analytical and data processing skills. You should have a structured way of working and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. To succeed, you must be proactive, collaborative, and flexible.

The candidate should have strong communication skills in English and be able to engage clearly with different stakeholders. Experience within Change Management, preferably PROSCI, is required, and experience in large international transformation programs is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the scheduling of the Change Impact Assessment workshop series.
  2. Ensure suitable participants for the different phases of the Change Impact Assessment process.
  3. Conduct organization-wide workshops focusing on the PLM Processes.
  4. Maintain contact with participants and key stakeholders to ensure engagement.
  5. Gather feedback from workshop participants and summarize outcomes.
  6. Maintain updated CIA documentation.
  7. Analyze and package the outcomes of the workshops.
  8. Support in the creation and delivery of communication materials.

Requirements and Skills:

  1. Facilitation experience.
  2. Strong sense of responsibility for individual and team deliverables.
  3. Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  4. Experience coordinating multiple events in a corporate setting.
  5. Ability to complete the full CIA cycle.
  6. Proficiency in Change Management methods and frameworks (such as Prosci).
  7. Bachelor's degree in business, training, HR, or related field.
  8. MS Office proficiency.
