Key Account Manager Finland (m/f/d)IoT Embedded ComputingLocation: Finland, Finland.

After 3-5 years experience in the electronic, IoT and/or Embedded Computing Technology world, you would like to move to the next step in your career and progress in a technical sales position with an international group world leader in its market.

You want to act as a business manager, able to work independently and creatively focused on business development and customer loyalty & retention.

Location:

  • The position is based in Finland (home office). You will work together with the sales Team based in Sweden Stockholm and get all the needed support from the different Kontron companies (mainly located in Germany).
  • On Boarding in Germany (Munich area): opportunity to discover all the company's departments, especially our sales support, sales, product management and project management departments. Training on products, methods for calculating costs, prices and margins, drafting technical and commercial offers, and tools (SAP, CRM, Quote Tool, Sales Navigator...).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM's and sales partners in Finland.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts and sales partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing customer concerns promptly.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for expanding market share.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market changes.

Sales and Revenue Targets:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned key accounts.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive overall business success.
Skills required
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering or similar field, with a strong interest in sales and business.
  • Alternatively, bachelor's degree in business administration with a strong interest in hardware and software in computer technology, Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), etc.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in key account management or in a customer-oriented function such as FAE, Solution Architect, Project Manager (m-f-d) etc. within the IoT industry or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel (20% of time) to build strong relationships with partners and customers.
