We're looking for a collaborative individual eager to pursue a role in Management Consulting at the intersection of customer experience, business development, and project management. Our projects range from defining strategy and transformation to hands-on implementation, giving you the opportunity to turn strategic advisory into actionable results.

Are you excited about a Management Consultant role where you'll drive business growth by blending strategic business development with project leadership? In this role, you will learn to identify growth opportunities, develop cutting-edge customer experience concepts that integrate data, technology, and take charge of projects as the key link between clients and our internal teams.

The value you bring

As part of our Growth team, you'll be part of projects that shape the future of customer interaction, CRM, and marketing. You'll be working with global brands rooted in the Nordic region.

Our projects include and you be part of:

  • Develop transformation roadmaps by analyzing a company's current state and setting future goals and objectives
  • Understanding customers' needs and behaviors to create better products and services
  • Develop value propositions and map-out customer journeys
  • Designing strategies that enhance customer experience
  • Translating business needs into IT requirements

In addition to the general management consulting skills, we are looking for someone with a project management mindset and who would like to learn how to:

  • Carry out end-to-end business development project by turning concepts into reality
  • Lead project teams across Remotion resources and client resources
  • Change management and stakeholder management
  • Internal politics – learn how to bring a project through in large organizations

Examples of your work

  • Working closely with team members to develop recommendations and insights
  • Conducting analyses and research trends, markets, competitors and evaluate business opportunities
  • Develop and use-cases and requirements
  • Formulate objectives and anchor them across the organization
  • Compile roadmaps - structure and package projects in releases and deliverables
  • Estimate costs, resources and competences needed
  • Plan and lead project meetings, e.g. spring plannings, weekly meetings, etc.

Qualifications

  • Recent Master's graduate (2024 or 2023) in engineering, business administration or a related field
  • Some experience working with project management, either through work or assignment at university
  • An interest in Marketing and Commercial topics
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
