Frends is expanding its presence in Sweden, and we're looking for top-performing, target-driven sales professionals to join our growing team.
This role is about winning new business—if you are a hunter, a closer, and thrive in high-growth environments, this is your chance to make an impact. You will be responsible for bringing in new customers and driving new sales, while our dedicated Key Account Managers handle ongoing customer relationships.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive, you will focus 100% on new business acquisition. Your responsibility is to drive new customer growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing high-value enterprise deals.
You will be at the forefront of our continued expansion in Sweden, working with a proven product, strong customer references, and an experienced team, including technical solution architects, to help you succeed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing, driving new customer acquisition.
- Focus exclusively on new business – This is a pure hunting role with no account management responsibilities.
- Expand our footprint in Sweden – Work strategically to grow our presence and maximize revenue potential.
- Close high-value deals – Engage with CTOs, CIOs, and IT leaders to build strong business cases.
- Develop and execute a winning sales strategy – Create a clear territory plan and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage top-tier SaaS sales methodologies – Apply MEDDIC, Challenger, and value-based selling to drive deal success.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales – Work with technical experts to deliver the best possible solutions for customers.
What You Bring
- A relentless drive to exceed targets – You are highly competitive, ambitious, and motivated by high performance and results.
- Knowledge & curiosity towards technical solutions – understanding of integration technology, familiarity with SaaS/PaaS solutions, ideally also iPaaS.
- Strong B2B SaaS / Software sales expertise – with a track record of success in new business acquisition, you know how to sell value, navigate complex sales cycles, and influence key decision-makers.
- Ability to build pipeline & close deals – You take full ownership of your territory and prospecting strategy.
- Fluent in high-impact SaaS sales methodologies – Familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales, or similar.
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – You can confidently handle high-stakes sales conversations.
Location & Language: The role requires fluent/native Swedish and professional English (both verbally and in writing), as well as living in Sweden with a work permit. We support hybrid work mode but also require visiting our Stockholm office in Katarinavägen on a weekly basis. Occasionally, traveling is needed to meet customers and teams and attend events.

Additional Information
- The start is flexible according to your situation, and we offer a permanent, full-time position.
- The position will be filled as soon as the right person is found.
- You will be reporting to the Regional Director, Sweden.
- Our recruitment process includes around three discussions with a case presentation included. Reference checks are also part of the process.
