Hos oss på GlobalConnect får du en roll där du får utveckla relationerna med ett femtiotal kunder inom offentlig sektor – främst kommuner, myndigheter och regioner. Du kommer att arbeta med ett brett utbud av tjänster inom nätverk och säkerhet, och se till att våra lösningar skapar konkret värde för varje kund.

Du identifierar möjligheter till merförsäljning, hanterar upphandlingar och har ofta dialog med inköpare och andra ansvariga på strategisk nivå. Rollen innebär mycket självständigt arbete där du får vara ansvarig för kundcase och affärer från ax till limpa – men du är långt ifrån ensam. Du har ett nära samarbete med kollegor inom teknik, leverans och support, samt viss kontakt med våra nordiska kollegor i Danmark och Norge.

Exempel på vad du kommer att göra:
  • Ansvara för en kundportfölj inom offentlig sektor, med fokus på merförsäljning och långsiktig utveckling.
  • Arbeta med egna affärsprocesser – från kunddialog till avtal – i nära samspel med interna specialister.
  • Förstå kundens verksamhet och behov för att erbjuda rätt lösningar inom nätverk och säkerhet.
  • Hantera upphandlingar och andra offentliga affärsprocesser.
  • Arbeta proaktivt med kundvård och se till att avtal och leveranser följs upp på rätt sätt.

För att trivas hos oss tror vi att du har:
  • Erfarenhet av B2B-försäljning inom telekom, IT eller digitala tjänster.
  • Arbetat med kunder inom offentlig sektor, gärna med erfarenhet av upphandlingar.
  • Vana att prata värde med kunden – du vet hur en lösning kopplas till verksamhetsnytta.
  • Goda språkkunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
