Key Account Manager Oncology - Sweden
Are you passionate about oncology and eager to make a real impact in patients' lives? We are recruiting on behalf of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre, a global leader in pharmaceuticals, for the role of Key Account Manager Oncology in Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative treatments in oncology and collaborate with a high-performing, patient-focused team.
As a Key Account Manager in Oncology, your role will be to drive the performance of the portfolio by unlocking products access and increasing adoption through effective account management. You will focus on building long-term professional relationships with customers to support the achievement of business results. With ultimate business responsibility for the accounts, you will define and deliver account goals by leveraging all available internal and external resources to meet agreed objectives.
About the Role:
As a Key Account Manager (Oncology), you will play a vital role in maximizing the success of Pierre Fabre's oncology portfolio in Sweden. Your mission will be to:
- Lead product launches and drive sales through strategic account management.
- Foster long-term professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, payers, and decision-makers, to ensure patient access.
- Develop and implement annual account plans with clear objectives, strategies, and measurable results.
- Map the oncology landscape and understand patient journeys.
- Navigate local access pathways and collaborate with market access managers to overcome barriers.
- Uphold the professional image of Pierre Fabre in all dealings with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive growth by leveraging internal resources and engaging stakeholders with impactful presentations and clinical insights.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven professional with the following qualifications:
- An entrepreneurial mindset, paired with excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in oncology sales, with a strong network among key opinion leaders (KOLs) in melanoma or lung cancer.
- Expertise in account management, including stakeholder mapping, business planning, and performance tracking.
- Strong understanding of oncology access pathways and the ability to unlock local access.
- A self-driven and independent approach, with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a specialized hospital setting.
- Fluent in English and at least two Nordic languages.
