Nu söker vi på Orkla Wound Care en driven och initiativtagande Customer Support & Trade Marketing Coordinator med erfarenhet inom försäljnings- och trade marketing funktioner. Rollen är placerad på vårt kontor i Solna Business Park. Vi tillämpar ett flexibelt arbetssätt med viss möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån.

Som Customer Support & Trade Marketing Coordinator, ingår du i försäljningsteamet för B2B och kommer ansvara för daglig orderhantering och uppföljning. Anpassning, samordning och utförande av kundernas marknadsföring och trade-marketing-material enligt strategierna. Dina dagliga uppgifter innefattar att tillhandahålla professionell service och support till kunder, särskilt utanför de nordiska marknaderna, samt internt till vår försäljningsorganisation. Målet är att säkerställa snabb och effektiv administration och informationsflöde.

I ditt ansvar ingår bland annat:

  • Dagligt stöd till försäljningsorganisationerna, inklusive hantering av inkommande order i vårt ERP system, samt att säkerställa korrekt dokumentation och leveransuppföljning för ökad kundnöjdhet.
  • Daglig professionell service och support till våra europeiska kunder huvudsakligen och internt till vår försäljningsorganisation, säkerställande snabb och väl fungerande administration och information.
  • Anpassning, koordinering och utförande av kunders marknadsförings- och trade-marketingmaterial i linje med strategier.
  • Skapa skräddarsydda kundkataloger och planera samt delta i lokala evenemang.
  • Uppdatera Cederroths webbplats globalt med nedladdningar av kundmaterial och mindre justeringar, samt koordinera språkanpassningar och korrekturläsning för kataloger och kundmaterial.

Kvalifikationer:

Vi söker dig som har genomfört en relevant utbildning med fokus på kommunikation och/eller trade marketing. En gymnasieutbildning inom företagsekonomi är önskvärd. Erfarenhet från försäljning och stödjande funktioner inom trade-marketing är ett krav.

Arbetslivserfarenhet på 3–5 år är önskvärt, med särskild betoning på erfarenhet inom ERP/SAP och Office-paketet, samt starka systemkunskaper och förmåga att arbeta effektivt i system.

Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift, är nödvändigt. Tyska kunskaper är meriterande

Som person är det viktigt att du noggrant kan hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt, vara serviceinriktad och lösa problem självständigt. Du bör kunna kommunicera effektivt och samarbeta väl i team. Positiv inställning och flexibilitet är viktigt, likaså initiativ och ansvar.
