Randstad Digital letar nu efter en supportstjärna till en av våra kunder. Här kommer du att få hjälpa deras kunder med allt från akuta problem till att hitta mer långsiktiga lösningar. Vår kund sitter centralt i Göteborg och har en hybrid arbetsplats där du har möjlighet att arbeta hemifrån 50% när du har blivit varm i kläderna.

ansvarsområden

I rollen kommer du att vara tillgänglig för kunder genom telefon och ärendehanteringssystem och hjälpa dem med 1st line support.

kvalifikationer

För att kvalificera för tjänsten behöver du ha antingen minst en gymnasieutbildning eller relevant erfarenhet av support eller kundservice.

Du behöver ha ett tekniskt intresse och tycka om att felsöka och lösa problem.

Du behöver vara en kommunikativ person som är flytande i svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

I rollen kommer du att ha många kontaktytor och du behöver vara duktig på att samarbeta och smidig på att ta dig fram i organisationer.

Du behöver även vara kreativ och inte rädd för att testa nya lösningar, här har du möjlighet att göra det lilla extra för att hjälpa kunderna och ge dem en bra upplevelse.
