About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Ambassador to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for leading and engaging Retailer's teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Ambassador by leading and engaging Retailer's teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision.
  • Coach retailer's teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets.
  • Facilitate mini events in store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales.
  • Support visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock and feedback to your line manager.

Commercial Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; even when you're not around by embedding the magic service methodology.
  • Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade.
  • Devise and deliver a compelling eventing plan for all of the doors in your area.
  • Share sales and KPI results with your line manager every week.

Operational Accountabilities:

  • Working and liaising with Retailer team to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Flag issues on stock levels to the store management and your line manager.
  • Execute flawless visual merchandising and standards on a daily basis.
